PHI vs Energy Star vs CSA: Which Window Standard Matters?

The short answer: PHI certification is the highest thermal performance bar a window can carry in Canada. Energy Star is a solid minimum. CSA is a safety and durability standard that doesn't measure energy performance at all. Most quality European systems carry all three.

Which should you spec?
